- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 23, 2020, by Grant DGuest services for Target is terrible. I bought a shelving system through them and it didn’t come with any of the hardware that it required. They couldn’t work with me for the return/exchange that I needed. I live an hour from the store and they wouldn’t send me a return label. They sell the same product online, and if I would have ordered it online, they would have made the exchange through the mail. Never shopping at Target again due to this terrible policy.
