  (Back Story)My husband and I were recently at another Mattress One in Kissimmee. We had a HORRIBLE experience and to top that off, the gentleman who took care of us had THE WORST customer service, he was rude and completely unprofessional.. We were issued a complete refund after calling customer service.. Fast forward to a few days ago, my husband insisted that we should try another Mattress One instead of waiting 3 to 5 business days for a check in the mail. I hesitated at first but we went ahead tried THIS location out. We were greeted by Yasina. We explained to her our situation, and she was able to take care of us. She was very understanding and she issued us a store credit. She was professional and above that she was very kind. She reassured me that she would call me the following day as soon as the mattress made it in the truck. And guess what? She did. She made sure that my order was fulfilled and she kept her word. That's what you call AMAZING customer service. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work! Thanks Yasina..

  Last year we purchased a mattress during their memorial day sale for $800. 5 months later the springs separated and caused a huge hole. When we purchased they advised it comes with a warranty. Went through the entire warranty process(that was a nightmare) they give us a credit for $600...Why? Who knows, they don't have an explanation. We take our credit for $600 to the store, of course they don't have any mattresses for that amount, so we get one of the least expensive, $1000, on top of that they are charging us another $150 delivery fee, mind you we paid a $150 delivery fee for the defective one previously..Mattress was supposed to be delivered last Friday, never arrived, someone called late in the day and said it will be delivered the following Friday. Well, here we are the next Friday and no mattress. I called the store and they told us they don't see it on the truck for delivery today. Just received a call back and they said due to some sort of glitch, our mattress is now delayed another 7-10 business days..This entire time we're sleeping on a defective mattress with a huge hole in it.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
