This is my go-to store on the way to work almost every morning. But tonight my husband and I went to it to get a Cuban pressed, around 8 pm. Yes the store was busy and I work at a gas station so I totally understand it gets hectic at times but I wish I would have caught the name of the cashier lady bc she was EXTREMELY RUDE. We grabbed the sandwich went up to the register and when she scanned we asked to have it pressed she said "well you have to pay for it first" we brushed the comment off then waited a good 10 minutes because there was at least 9-11 in line consistently, we asked if she could give us the sandwich after that and she replied (and I quote) "here it might not be heated on the inside". We were appalled. It was in front of many costumers. They lost my business because of her rudeness. I'll take my money where Its appreciated. VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.
